See's Fudge

Ingredients

 

  • 36 oz chocolate chips (3 12 oz. packages)

  • 1/2 lb butter

  • 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla

  • 8 oz marshmallow whip

  • 13 oz pet milk (1 tall can)

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar



Directions

Mix chocolate chips, butter, nuts, vanilla and marshmallow whip in a large bowl.

Boil pet milk and sugar. Do not leave this mix unattended as it will boil over very quickly.

​

Pour milk/sugar mix over other ingredients and stir quickly till melted.

​

Pour mix onto large cookie sheet to set. Let cool for 4 to 5 hours until firm. I like to leave this overnight for best results.
