Meatloaf A La Kathleen

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 c bread crumbs
1 grated carrot
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp Worchestshire sauce
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c cheddar cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use your hands to mix everything except cheese together in large bowl. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Transfer to a greased loaf pan and cook for 45 minutes. Drain fat. Cover loaf in cheddar cheese and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve with catsup.
