Caramel Corn

Ingredients
5 quarts popped popcorn (1 1/4 cup unpopped)
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Keep popcorn warm in oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Bring to boil all ingredients except baking soda. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn. Spread in shallow pan and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring every 15 minutes for 45 minutes.
