white bean soup

Ingredients
​
1 onion, diced
1 cube butter
Flat klouski noodles or egg noodles
Water
1 pint 1/2 and 1/2
Salt and pepper
2 cans pinto beans
White vinegar
Parsley, fresh or dried (optional)

Directions
​
Melt butter in soup pot. Saute onions in butter. Add water, enough to cook the noodles. Bring water to a boil then add noodles and cook until done. When noodles are done add 1 pint 1/2 and 1/2, pinto beans, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly.
​
Ladle into bowls and sprinkle parsley on top. Top off with 1 tsp vinegar.
